The chain is fixed to the High Profile D-ring with a D-shackle. Solid, simple, and it stays put.

Galvanised chain
4 gauge galvanised chain, sized to suit the collar. A dog can chew through rope. Not this.

Snap clip on the end
Clip it to a fence, gate, rail, tie-out point or the ute — and you're done.

How long is the chain?
Roughly the same length as the collar, plus the 7cm snap clip — about 47cm on a Small up to about 77cm on an XL. Bigger dog, longer chain.
Can I use it on the ute?
Yes — clip it to the ute rail or a tie-down point. Just check the length suits your tray, so your dog can't reach the edge.
Can my dog chew through it?
Not the chain. It's galvanised 4 gauge — that's the whole point. And the PVC collar holds up far better to chewing than nylon or leather.
What's the High Profile D-ring?
A raised D-ring that sits clear of the buckle, so clips go on fast and clean. It's built for working dogs that get clipped on and off all day.
Can I buy the collar without the chain?
Yes — choose "No" under "Add a Chain Tie" and you get the High Profile working collar on its own.
