Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase. If your order requires additional processing time, we will notify you directly.

Shipping Carrier

All orders orders are shipped via Australia post. Once your order has been dispatched, Jacaranda Collars is no longer liable for any delays that occur during transit.

International Shipping
