We're not a factory. Every collar, lead and ute tie is made by hand — which means our production capacity isn't unlimited. We're selective about who we work with because we want to make sure every stockist gets the attention and stock they need.

first of all i am a total gear snob! there are few and far companies i truly love and Jacaranda is a huge winner. you cannot substitute a good PVC collar, its so wet this winter, i really needed something that didn't need to be hung up to dry all the time, especially during club days and at sport trials where dogs are running on muddy ovals These collars are soft and flexible unlike other brands of this sort. i also found the sizing very generous. We normally use ruff wear collars which can go upward of $50 each, but you cant beat Jacaranda! under $20 , Handmade in AUS , Waterproof , Soft to the touch , Grippy (my new MUST for walking 3+ dogs together) and i trust these clips not to snap (i ordered custom from a well known CA company and that's how i found out we have good recall! thank you jacaranda , this is the kind of business we need to support, from farmers to city pups these collars are amazing for all <3

Super strong and really lovely colours!

We brought multiple different collars and leads we love the martingale sets, the training lead and ute straps we have a working pup and a house dog and they work great for both of them my house dog would break everything collar and lead we ever used and I'm happy to say that these have held up I'm a very happy customer we definitely never look back now

These collars are outstanding. The material is heavy-duty but soft enough that it doesn’t irritate any of my dog's skin. The buckle snaps tightly and feels completely secure against hard pulling dogs. I absolutely love the range of colours you can choose from. It has been through mud and water, washes easily, and does not hold odors. Fits all my dogs perfectly according to the size chart. Highly recommend these collars if you’re looking and needing something that’s durable and something that also looks nice! Great quality and bloody affordable!

We were ordering several different items but had some confusion regarding the name of the particular "pink" colour we wanted.

Everything arrived quickly and we just love the feel of the PVC. It gives grip but doesn't rub or scratch your hands. Everything wipes clean easily and the colours are perfect.
