Collar Size Guide

📏 How to measure your dog's neck: Use a soft measuring tape and measure around your dog's neck where the collar would naturally sit — close to behind the ears. Add two fingers for comfort. The collar should be snug but not tight.

The collar length shown in the size chart is the full strap length — not the neck measurement.

What does a good fit look like?

🐕 Out in public — active use

Buckle the collar snugly behind the ears. You should be able to slide two fingers comfortably between the collar and your dog's neck. Secure enough that they can't back out of it.

🏡 At home — everyday wear

You can keep the collar a little looser sitting lower towards the shoulders. At this fit you should be able to slide three fingers between the collar and the neck.

Care & Cleaning Guide

One of the biggest advantages of PVC webbing — it takes about 30 seconds to clean. No soaking, no scrubbing, no special products needed.

After muddy walks

Wipe down with a damp cloth. That's it. PVC doesn't absorb mud so it wipes straight off.

Deeper cleaning

Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and air dry completely before use. No harsh chemicals needed.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight when not in use. Check hardware regularly for any wear.
